Order Status

If you made an account at checkout, you can login to check your order status. If you did not make an account, you can make an account with the email or phone you used at checkout and it will display your order information.

Please refrain from contacting us asking order status if the order is only 1-3 days old.

Emails are sent with tracking number if you put your email in at checkout. If you put your phone, a text will be sent with tracking information as soon as the carrier scans the package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to display tracking information. This is usually not the case but sometimes this happens.

Payment Methods

  • We accept all major credit cards.
  • We accept some types of cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin.
  • We accept check/money order/wire all by request. Please contact us prior to placing an order to see if you're eligible to pay via these methods.
  • We do not accept PayPal.

Shipping Policy

Please allow us 1-5 days to process your order. Shipping time chosen is shipping time in transit. This will not express rush your item to ship.

We ship items via USPS/Fedex/UPS and sometimes a signature may be required. is not responsible for any additional customs charges when shipping internationally.

Incorrect Address

YOU are responsible for putting the correct shipping address at checkout. Items mailed to an incorrect address due to customer negligence will not be refunded. If we receive your item back, we will be more than happy to resend it to the correct address. However we cannot verify if the address you put in at checkout is correct or incorrect so we do not assume responsibility.

If your item comes back to us and you'd prefer a refund instead of the item being sent back to you, we will not refund the shipping.

Discrete Shipping

Magick offers discrete shipping and packaging. We will not display contents inside the box. Boxes typically arrive with Fedex/UPS packaging or a brown/white/pink box or mailer.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. If your order value is over $50, free shipping will be offered. If your order is under $50, our standard shipping rate is $4.95. There may be cheaper options available depending on the orders weight and your location. We do not know this amount so please proceed to checkout to see if there are cheaper options available. If you need overnight shipping, this is available at checkout. If this is urgent or you need something for a special occasion, please contact us at and we can do our best to accommodate you! ☺️

Return Policy

We accept returns for items requested within 7 days of receiving the item. We DO NOT accept returns on herbs/soaps/washes/oils for safety reasons. We do not accept returns on tarot/oracle decks if they are opened.

DO NOT return your item without contacting us. Your item will become lost. We will not refund your order as we will not be able to find out if it was actually sent back. We have no way of tracking a return unless an authorization was made.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless item arrives broken or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if unless our fault.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Cancelling Orders

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at with the following information:

If you do not provide this information in your first email, this will slow down the process. We can not guarantee that your item will be cancelled in time. If not, you can request to return it. 


We do offer wholesale pricing. It's not a large discount as our prices are already deeply discounted, but we can work with you to hopefully find pricing that works. Please email us at with the following information:
